This modeller has been very clever in using the same chassic for two loco bodies, please read more below.
The model Robin is based on a 0-4-0 Trojan chassis from Ride on Railways as seen on Sunday 8 October 2023.
The model Jenny is based on a 0-4-0 Trojan chassis with extra's of side skirts and front & rear cow catchers. The body was scratch built & topped with a working bell. As seen here on Sunday 22 May 2023
Being loaded from the steaming bay to the main track. It was given the GER Class C53 & & LNER Class J70.
A Toby was a J70 an 0-6-0 outside cylinder with Walscharts valve gear. Designed by J Holden, 12 where built between 1903 & 1921 being withdrawn 1955.
When at Wisbech & Upwell Tramway was reclassified GER Class G15 & LNER Class Y6. An 0-4-0 steam tram with inside cylinders & Stevenson valve gear hidden by the side skirts.
10 of these where built by TW Worsdell between 1883 & 1897 the last was withdrawn in 1952. Seen here being driven by the nephew of the owner.
